Cancellation Policy

Be on time. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late shortens the time we have together, since sessions will still end as scheduled. Come prepared. These conversations are meant to be in depth and intimate, not surface level. Take a few minutes beforehand to reflect on what you want to bring to the conversation, whether that's a question, a struggle, or something you're processing. Value the time. This time is set apart specifically for you. Treat it with the same care and intentionality I'm bringing to it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. Stay present. Find a quiet space free of distractions so you can be fully engaged for the length of the session.
