The Lord is issuing an invitation for us to enter into a holy place. In Revelation 4, the Lord spoke to the Apostle John and said, “…Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this”. Likewise, the Lord is beckoning us to “come up higher” to have an encounter with him that will transform our lives forever.
The Lord is saying, “Come up higher and let me show you another perspective. Come up higher and let me show you things from an aerial view. It’s time to see things differently. It’s time to do things differently. Come up higher”.
This invitation to come up higher is to summon God’s people—sons, daughters, men, women, young, and old—to go to another level of hearing, speaking, and obeying the Lord. This can only be done if we choose to respond to the invitation. Distractions have been sent to keep us from fully surrendering ourselves in the presence of God, but don’t be alarmed. The Holy Spirit still has the power to endow us with the gift of discerning of spirits to expose the plans of the accuser.
Don’t dismiss the still small voice of the Holy Spirit. Don’t gloss over the nudge to change plans or shift the tone of conversations. Be led by the Holy Spirit in all things. Remember, there’s purpose in every instruction of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord is beckoning us to “come up higher” to have an encounter with him that will transform our lives forever.
The Holy Spirit is calling us up to a higher place of being and moving. Many of you have gotten lost in the details and overwhelmed by the transition of this new season. The Lord is saying, “Come up higher and let me show you another perspective. Come up higher and let me show you things from an aerial view. It’s time to see things differently. It’s time to do things differently. Come up higher”.
The Lord is saying, “Come up here. I am elevating you in my presence and glory. There is no ceiling to my glory, there is no hindrance in my glory. There are no boundaries in me. The old season doesn't exist here. Step into the newness with me. Do you not see that there is more? Do you not sense the open door? I want you to have the new. I want you to experience the newness. Will you receive it?
Posture yourselves in prayer, the Lord is extending invitations. Let’s respond to his call with open hearts and surrender.
